to the community, including a donation (above)
to the local food pantry.

PA TOPS #1143 NOXEN
What is TOPS? It's a non-profit organization developed to help
people Take Off Pounds Sensibly. It is a great support group right
here in your town. Come join us, everyone in the group couldn't be
more friendly and helpful.
Yearly dues are $26.00 and club dues are $1.00 a week. We meet every
Wednesday. Weigh in begins at 4:00pm
(private) and meeting starts at 4:30pm
and lasts approximately 45 minutes. Our meeting place is the new
Lutheran Hall.
We also try to be partners with the community. Our group works a
booth at the Snake Hunt, donates to the Noxen Food Pantry, and we do a
litter pickup on a 3 mile stretch of road. All these projects are
strictly volunteer.
So if you want to Take Off Pounds Sensibly and be part of a great
group of people join us every
